This is it: the first of many museum doodles.

This is a drawing of just the head of a massive wall relief of a genie. I decided to draw this, out of all the museum had to offer, because I'd been studying ancient Sumer and this carving has Akkadian writing carved into it.

So yes: this is a sketch of a carving at the Nelson-Atkins Museum. The very first I ever did. It took an incredibly long time, as I was very new.
